东莞文盛外籍人员子女学校（ISD）于2012年8月16日正式向K-12年级学生开放。
学校开始时的目标是建立一个地方，让来自不同背景的学生，带着各种才能和兴趣，可以实现他们的梦想。
ISD开业时有43名学生，现在自豪地教育着近400名学生。 ISD是一个被国际文凭组织（IBO）和西部学校和学院协会（WASC）认可的国际组织。
ISD的毕业生在世界最著名的一些学院和大学学习。
