The Physical Education and Health program at ISD aims to empower students to develop a wide range of life skills through involvement in physical activities and sport. It recognizes the unique opportunities that sports and physical activities provide students to grow holistically. It aims to utilize these opportunities to their maximum capacity. ISD grade 1-5 Sports Day took place on December 13. Every member of the team gave their best to contribute to their team.

ISD的体育课程旨在帮助学生通过参与各类体育活动和运动项目，培养广泛的生活技能。该课程注重最大限度地发挥体育运动和体育活动的积极用作，培养学生全面发展。在12月13日，ISD举行了1至5年级趣味运动会。每一位团队成员都努力拼搏，为团队争取荣誉。

ISD의 체육 및 건강 프로그램은 학생들이 신체 활동 및 스포츠 참여를 통해 다양한 삶의 기술을 개발할 수 있도록 지원하는 것을 목표로 합니다. 그것은 스포츠와신체 활동이 학생들이 전체적으로 성장할 수 있도록 하는 독특한 기회라는 것입니다. 우리는 이러한 기회를 최대한 활용하는 것을 목표로 합니다. ISD 1-5학년 운동회가 12월 13일에 열렸습니다. 팀원 모두가 팀에 기여하기 위해 최선을 다했습니다.

In the Grade 1-5 Sports Day, students are divided for teams, and they are assigned a team color. All students wore their team shirt on Sports Day and participated in the variety of sports activities in the “Qilin Color Wars”. The shouts of joy and cries from each color team filled the air motivating their team members as they battle on the field for team glory. Congratulations to Outrageous Orange who won the most head-to-head competitions. Gallant Light Green earned the prestigious Qilin Award for good sportsmanship and team spirit!

在1至5年级趣味运动会中，学生划分为不同的团队，每个团队都有对应的代表性颜色。在运动会上，所有学生都穿上自己的队服，在这场“麒麟色彩大战”中参加各种体育活动。他们在赛场上为团队荣誉而努力奋战，而其他团队成员也在为同伴呐喊助威。祝贺“愤怒的橙色”团队获得比赛最佳竞赛奖，同时祝贺“英勇的浅绿色”团队在运动会中充分彰显体育精神和团队精神，荣获麒麟奖项！

1-5학년 운동회에서 학생들은 팀으로 나뉘며 팀 색상이 지정됩니다. 모든 학생들은 운동회에 팀 셔츠를 입고 “Qilin Color Wars”의 다양한 스포츠 활동에 참여했습니다. 팀의 영광을 위해 필드에서 싸우는 각 색상 팀의 환호와 함성은 팀원들에게동기를 부여했습니다. 가장 많은 일대일 경쟁에서 우승한 Outrageous Orange에게축하를 보냅니다. Gallant Light Green은 훌륭한 스포츠맨십과 팀 정신으로 권위있는 Qilin Award를 수상했습니다!

ISD Sports Day is always a great day with displays of great athleticism, sportsmanship, and team support. A big thank you also goes to the Sports Day organizational team, along with the faculty and staff members who assisted in making the day a great success!

ISD趣味运动会是一场校园体育盛事，学生彰显良好的运动竞技精神、体育精神和团队精神。学校衷心感谢运动会组织团队以及全力协助的教职员工，趣味运动会的顺利开展得力于他们的共同努力！
