Teacher qualifications have critical importance on student achievement and learning. Our school utilizes various channels to attract qualified teachers. We collaborate with renowned international teacher recruitment agencies such as Teacher Horizons, SEARCH Associates, and SCHROLE. Among them, Search Associates is the longest standing, highly reputable, and largest recruitment platform in the global international education community. The partnerships with these agencies provide us with a diverse pool of qualified candidates and allow us to tap into extensive networks and resources in international education. We also use specialized educational headhunters to find certain positions, ensuring that we attract educators with the right expertise and skills.

To ensure that we hire the best educators for our learning community, we conduct thorough interviews and evaluations. Led by our Head of School, our senior leadership team is actively involved in this process, evaluating candidates’ teaching talents, professional traits, adaptability to the international education environment, and cultural fit. They also demonstrated the school’s culture and benefits, educational philosophies and curriculum, to the candidates. We ensured that the hired teachers were highly qualified and fit with the school’s values through interviews, rigorous screening and active communication.

为确保为我们的学习社区挑选出最优秀的教育工作者，我们进行了全面的面试和评估。在校长的带领下，学校领导团队积极参与这一过程，认真评估候选人的教学能力、专业素养、适应国际教育环境的能力以及与学校文化的契合度。他们还向候选人展示学校文化和优势、教育理念、课程设置等。通过面试、严格筛选和积极沟通交流，学校确保了招聘到的教师具备高水平的专业素质和与学校价值观相符的特质。

Participating in offline recruitment fairs also helps us in finding the most suitable candidates globally. Our Head of School attended a fair held in Bangkok at the end of 2023 and fairs in Hong Kong and Boston in January 2024.

参加线下招聘会也极大地帮助我们在全球范围内寻找最合适的候选人。校长参加了2023年年底在曼谷举行的招聘会，并在2024年1月参加了香港和波士顿的两场招聘会。

오프라인 채용 박람회에 참가하는 것도 전 세계에서 가장 적합한 후보자를 찾는 데 도움이 됩니다. 2023년 말 방콕에서 열린 박람회와 2024년 1월 홍콩과 보스턴에서 열린 박람회에 학교장이 참석했습니다.
