Community | A Joyful Gathering at ISD’s Pizza Fun Day

ISD has partnered with Pizzeria Calzone, one of the first authentic Italian pizzerias in the Dongguan community, for the “Pizza Fun Day with ISD Friends” event. Mr. Miguel Alves, the founder of Pizzeria Calzone, demonstrated how to make authentic Italian pizzas step by step in this elementary school session. This event was not just a fantastic discovery of Italian cuisine, but also a gathering of families from the ISD international community!

ISD与东莞首批正宗意大利披萨餐厅之一——Pizzeria Calzone（必萨乐）联合举办了“披萨乐趣日”活动。必萨乐餐厅创始人Miguel Alves现场带领参加此次小学部活动专场的家庭制作正宗的意大利披萨。这次活动不仅是对意大利美食的奇妙探索，也是ISD国际社区家庭的一次聚会！

ISD는 동관 커뮤니티 최초의 정통 이탈리아 피자 전문점 중 하나인 피제리아 칼초네와 제휴하여 “ISD 프렌즈와 함께하는 피자 펀 데이” 행사를 개최했습니다. 피제리아 칼초네의 창립자인 미구엘 알베스 씨는 이 초등학생 세션에서 정통 이탈리아 피자를 만드는 방법을 단계별로 시연했습니다. 이 행사는 이탈리아 요리에 대한 환상적인 발견일 뿐만 아니라 ISD 국제 커뮤니티의 가족들이 모이는 자리이기도 했습니다!

During the event, Mr. Miguel Alves, the founder of Pizzeria Calzone and multiple national pizza championship winners, personally demonstrated and provided instructions to the children and parents. Mr. Miguel Alves not only has outstanding skills, but he also interacts with the children warmly and humorously, capturing everyone’s attention with his amazing pizza-making techniques. As they watched him make a round pizza base, the children and parents were eager to try it themselves. They rolled out the pizza dough, chose their favorite toppings, squeezed on delicious sauce, making their unique pizzas after baking.

在此次活动中，曾多次获得全国披萨大赛冠军，必萨乐的创办者Miguel Alves先生亲自示范和指导。Miguel先生不仅技艺超群，在指导小朋友时更是亲切、幽默，所有人的注意力都被他娴熟的披萨饼制作技巧吸引住了。观看过Miguel先生制作成的完美的圆形披萨底，孩子和家长们也跃跃欲试。他们尝试自己亲手擀披萨底，选择喜欢的配料，挤上可口的酱汁，再经过烘焙，自己亲手制作的独一无二披萨就完成了。

행사 기간 동안 피자리아 칼초네의 창립자이자 전국 피자 챔피언십에서 여러 차례 우승한 미구엘 알베스 씨가 직접 어린이와 학부모에게 시범을 보이고 교육을 제공했습니다. 미구엘 알베스 씨는 뛰어난 실력뿐만 아니라 아이들과 재미있게 소통하는 모습도 보여주었습니다. 그의 놀라운 피자 만들기 기술에 모두의 이목이 집중되었습니다. 알베스가 동그란 피자 도우를 만드는 모습을 지켜보던 아이들과 부모들은 직접 해보고 싶어 했습니다. 아이들은 피자 도우를 펴고, 좋아하는 토핑을 고르고, 맛있는 소스를 바르고, 구운 후 자신만의 피자를 만들었습니다.

孩子们通过观察和实践，自己动手制作披萨，激发学习主动性和探索热情。他们不仅学习到披萨制作的技巧，同时培养了合作精神和问题解决能力。

피자 만드는 과정에 적극적으로 참여함으로써 아이들은 능동적인 학습자이자 탐구자가 되도록 자극을 받았습니다. 아이들은 피자 만드는 기술과 지식을 습득했을 뿐만 아니라 협동심과 문제 해결 능력도 키웠습니다.

Parents are not only companions to their children but also guides, leading them to explore and learn together. By learning and making pizzas alongside their children, they witnessed the collective process of effort, and together they tasted and shared the pizzas they had made, feeling a sense of joy and pride.

家长们不仅是孩子们的陪伴者，更是引导者，带领他们一起探索和学习。他们通过与孩子一同学习和制作披萨，见证共同的努力过程，一起品尝、分享自己制作的披萨，心中感到无比喜悦和骄傲。

The event fostered connections among families within the ISD international community, cultivating an inclusive environment where children thrive within a warm and supportive big family.
