ESLRs Assembly: Demonstrate Personal Management

2021-09-30This Friday morning, all elementary school students had an assembly which focused on one of our ISD ESLRs, demonstrating personal management. Students put on a skit that depicted good personal management skills. After the skit, the grade 1-5 students were divided into their houses. The highlight of the assembly was the House Battle whereby personal management was discussed again. Students identified examples of excellent and poor personal management that was demonstrated by the students and staff.
本周五上午，小学部全体学生参加晨会，重点学习ISD全校学生培养目标（ESLRs）之一：成为个人管理者。首先，学生通过短剧演绎，展现何为良好的个人管理能力。随后，1至5年级的学生按各自所在学院进行集合。本次晨会的活动亮点是学院大战。在学院大战中，学生围绕个人管理主题进行深入讨论。师生通过场景表演，呈现拥有良好的个人管理能力以及个人管理能力欠佳的例子，学生从场景表演中进行学习。
이번 금요일 아침, 모든 초등학교 학생들은 ISD ESLR 중 하나에 집중하여 ‘개인 관리’를 잘 하는 학생들에 집중하는 어셈블리를 가졌습니다. 학생들은 훌륭한 개인 관리 기술을 묘사한 희극을 썼습니다. 연극이 끝난 후, 1-5학년 학생들은 각자의 팀끼리 모였습니다. 이번 어셈블리의 하이라이트는 개인 경영에 대해 다시 논의하는 하우스 배틀 이었습니다. 학생들은 학생과 교직원이 보여준 우수하거나 불량한 개인 관리의 예를 확인했습니다.
ISD focuses not only on academics, but also on the expected school wide learning results of effective communication, collaboration, personal management, complex thinking, and global citizenship. It was great to see our Qilins learn and put our ESLRs into action!
ISD不仅仅关注学生的学业表现，同时注重对他们ESLRs的培养，即成为有效的交流者、得力的合作者、个人管理者、缜密思考者和具备国际意识的世界公民。很高兴看到麒麟学子努力学习ESLRs，并将所学付诸行动！
ISD는 학업 뿐 만 아니라 효과적인 의사 소통, 협력, 개인 관리, 복잡한 사고 및 세계 시민의 기대되는 학교 차원의 학습 결과에 중점을 둡니다. 우리 Qilins가 배우고 우리 ESLR을 행동으로 옮기는 것을 보는 것은 멋졌습니다!
