Terry Fox Run 2021 at ISD

November 10th was a very exciting and memorable day at ISD as we completed our annual Terry Fox Run. Every Qilin student participated in the running event and gave their best and showed courage and determination. Terry Fox Medal were given to those top 3 runners of each grade level from grade 1-12, and class trophies and participation certificates to EC students!

11 月 10 日，ISD圆满举行年度特里·福克斯（Terry Fox）义跑活动，这是令人兴奋且值得纪念的一天。每位麒麟学子都参与其中，竭尽全力跑出最佳成绩，在奔跑中展现出勇气与决心。小学部和中学部完成跑步圈数并位列于年级排名前3的学生获得Terry Fox奖牌，幼儿园的学生则获得班级荣誉奖杯和参与证书！

11월 10일은 ISD의 연례행사인 Terry Fox Run을 완료한 매우 흥미롭고 기억에 남는 날이었습니다. Qilin의 모든 학생들은 달리기 대회에 참가하여 최선을 다했고 용기와 결단력을 보여주었습니다. 1~12학년까지 각 학년 상위 3명에게는 Terry Fox 메달이, EC 학생들에게는 학급 트로피와 참가증이 수여되었습니다!

The Terry Fox Run helps raise funds and awareness for cancer research. ISD was proud to participate and raise about 26,000 RMB for Terry Fox Foundation! All participants had dunk tank fun, saw the administration team have hair dyed, and watched their teachers get a pie in the face since ISD reached its fund-raising goal!

Terry Fox义跑旨在为世界癌症研究筹集资金以及提高人们对癌症研究的意识。ISD非常荣幸能参与到这类活动，并为特里∙福克斯基金会筹集了约26,000元人民币善款。由于ISD筹款达到预期目标，所有活动参与者都可以观赏跳水箱游戏、校长们把头发染成彩色、以及往老师脸上扔馅饼的有趣画面！

Terry Fox Run은 암 연구에 대한 기금과 인식을 높이는 데 도움을 줍니다. ISD는 Terry Fox Foundation을 위해 약 26,000 RMB를 모금하게 된 것을 자랑스럽게 생각합니다! 모든 참가자는 덩크 탱크를 즐겼고, 어드민 팀이 머리를 염색하는 것을 보았고, ISD가 기금 모금 목표에 도달한 후 교사들이 파이를 얼굴에 맞는 모습을 보았습니다!
