The university admissions season is moving ahead, and more offers are coming in for Grade 12 students at ISD. Recently, our students have been accepted to King’s College in London, Monash University, and University of New South Wales with even more results on the way!

King’s College London is a public research university located in London, England. Established in 1829, it is t is one of the oldest university-level institutions in England.King’s College London is a member of academic organizations including the Association of Commonwealth Universities, the European University Association, and the Russell Group. It is regarded as part of the “golden triangle” of universities, having a long and distinguished international reputation in the humanities, law, science, psychiatry, medicine, dentistry, nursing, and the social sciences. It is the largest medical teaching and biomedical research center in European for graduate and post-graduate by number of students, and includes the world’s first nursing school, the Florence Nightingale Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery.

Fourteen people from King’s and its associated institutions have been awarded the Nobel Prize, including Desmond Tutu, the Nobel Peace laureate, and the and Professor Michael Levitt for his joint work in developing multiscale models for complex chemical systems.
