Community | Concert Band’s Showcase at Art DG Music Season

Dongguan hosted the Art DG University Alliance Music Season, a magnificent festival of music and art. This festival intends to exhibit Dongguan and the Pearl River Delta region’s cultural and artistic appeal through music, while also boosting cultural interchange and collaboration among universities.

东莞举办了一场融汇音乐与艺术的盛宴——艺术东莞高校联盟音乐季。本次音乐季通过音乐这一无国界的艺术形式，旨在向观众展示东莞及珠三角地区的文化艺术魅力，并推动高校间的文化交流与合作。

동관은 음악과 예술이 어우러진 웅장한 축제인 아트 DG 대학 연합 뮤직 시즌을 개최했습니다. 이 축제는 음악을 통해 동관과 주강 삼각주 지역의 문화 예술적 매력을 보여주는 동시에 대학 간의 문화 교류와 협력을 촉진하는 것을 목표로 합니다.

The ISD Concert Band appeared at the festival’s opening, delivering a splendid performance to the audience. Captivating the audience, they showcased their talent through three compositions: “Chariots of Fire,” “Rainbow Connection,” and “Pirates of the Caribbean.” As members of the Dongguan international community, the ISD Concert Band utilized the power of music to express their innermost emotions.

ISD管乐团亮相于本次音乐季的开幕式，为观众呈现了精彩的管乐表演。他们在舞台上演奏了三首曲目：《烈火战车》、《彩虹列车》和《加勒比海盗》。作为东莞国际社区的一部分，ISD管乐团通过他们的音乐发出了自己的声音。

페스티벌 개막식에는 ISD 콘서트 밴드가 출연하여 관객들에게 화려한 공연을 선사했습니다. 관객을 사로잡은 이들은 세 가지 곡을 통해 자신들의 재능을 선보였습니다: “불의 전차”, “레인보우 커넥션”, “캐리비안의 해적”. 동관 국제 커뮤니티의 일원으로서 ISD 콘서트 밴드는 음악의 힘을 활용해 내면의 감정을 표현했습니다.

Comprised of passionate students deeply devoted to music, the Concert Band engages in practice every week, striving to deliver stellar performances on every stage. Our Concert band consists of wind instruments like: Flute, Clarinet, Alto and tenor Saxophone, Trumpet, Trombone, Euphonium, French horn and Tuba, aside from this we also used percussion instruments such as Drums, Triangle, Chimes, Cabasa, Glockenspiel and with additional Bass guitar. Through their collective endeavors, they aspire to achieve the pinnacle of musical expression.

ISD管乐团由一群对音乐充满热爱的学生组成，他们每周都会进行集中练习，力求在每次演出中都能展现出最佳状态。我们的管乐团由长笛、单簧管、中音萨克斯管、次中音萨克斯管、小号、长号、低音号、法国号和大号等吹奏乐器组成。此外，我们还运用打击乐器，如鼓、三角铁、风铃、卡巴萨、钟琴，并加入了贝斯。在排练中，演奏不同乐器的学生们紧密合作，追求音乐的完美表达。

음악에 대한 열정을 가진 학생들로 구성된 콘서트 밴드는 매주 연습에 참여하며 모든 무대에서 멋진 공연을 선보이기 위해 노력하고 있습니다. 콘서트 밴드는 다음과 같은 관악기로 구성됩니다: 플루트, 클라리넷, 알토 및 테너 색소폰, 트럼펫, 트럼본, 유포니움, 프렌치 호른, 튜바 등의 관악기와 드럼, 트라이앵글, 차임, 카바사, 글로켄슈필, 베이스 기타 등의 타악기로 구성되어 있습니다. 이들은 공동의 노력을 통해 음악적 표현의 정점에 도달하고자 합니다.

In their rendition, “Chariots of Fire” exuded passion and strength, embodying the spirit of pursuing dreams and forging ahead courageously. “Rainbow Connection” brimmed with warmth and hope, giving a sense of curiosity about the unknown and a desire for dreams. Meanwhile, “Pirates of the Caribbean” immersed the audience in a world of adventure and mystery. With their instruments in hand, they conveyed the emotions and imagery of these classic compositions, transporting listeners on a marvelous musical journey.

在他们的演奏中，《烈火战车》充满了激情与力量，表达了追逐梦想和奋勇向前的精神；《彩虹列车》则洋溢着温馨与希望，传递出对未知事物的好奇心和对梦想的渴望；而《加勒比海盗》则以其冒险与神秘的气息，带领观众进入了一个全新的世界。他们用手中的乐器，将这些经典曲目的情感和意境传达得恰到好处，让人仿佛置身其中，带来了一段美妙的音乐旅程

‘불의 전차’는 꿈을 추구하고 용기 있게 전진하는 정신을 구현하며 열정과 힘을 뿜어냈습니다. ‘무지개 연결’은 미지의 세계에 대한 호기심과 꿈을 향한 열망을 담아 따뜻함과 희망이 가득했습니다. 한편 ‘캐리비안의 해적’은 관객들을 모험과 신비의 세계로 빠져들게 했습니다. 학생들은 악기를 손에 들고 고전 명곡의 감정과 이미지를 전달하며 청취자들을 놀라운 음악 여행으로 안내했습니다.
